As of , the median on-demand price of an NVIDIA H100 SXM across the 20 providers we track is $3.97 per GPU-hour — see the Cloud GPU Price Index. Split by provider type, the median is $9.90 across the 4 hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle) and $3.67 across 12 specialist GPU clouds — hyperscalers list the H100 at 170% more.
